Objectives for customers' outcome: To facilitate a strategy that the politicians in the municipality decided to follow
Methodology and working methods: I was to coordinator of a crosscurricular networking job between schools, daycare-institutions and social workers of the municipality. Arranged courses and meetings.
Motivation for the choice of methodology and working methods: To facilitate a work in progress, that the municipality could develop more collaboration between schools and social workers
