Journal of Nordic Research in Early Childhood Educational Research (The journal´s short form is NBF) is an academic forum for the publication of scientific articles, academic research and development work. The journal publishes scientific articles and essays in Scandinavian languages ​​(Norwegian, Swedish and Danish), in addition to English language. The journal aims to be a significant national and Nordic forum for research and development in the entire field of early childhood educational research. A priority for NBF is to present new knowledge and insights about children, research methodology, kindergarten, kindergarten pedagogy and didactics in early childhood education. The readers are teachers in university education, employees in early childhood field. All contributions qualify through peer review. The journal is managed and published by University College of Oslo and Akershus, in collaboration with a number of colleges and universities in Norway and the Nordic countries. The journal is also supported by the Nordic Publisher for Humanities and Social Sciences.
