Complex projects often depend on knowledgeable individuals to deliver innovative outcomes and benefits. These individuals are often stakeholders, both within and/or outside the project. Alignment and preparation of these stakeholders often represents a major challenge. New organizational change management practices can enable project managers to successfully engage stakeholders.
