VAF Artist Talk: Tor Fruergaard

This year we warmly welcome home the Danish animation director and comic creator Tor Fruergaard as this year’s VAF Artist. Tor Fruergaard created back in 2007 the splatter puppet film Zombiewestern at the Open Workshop here in Viborg, which became a major cult film in many countries.

For Tor it’s all about exploring how he get his stories told the best way. In this VAF Artist talk he will take us into his work process while he shows how he works with his ideas and how he constantly as an artist wants to relate to the personal and finding his niche.

Tor is a true multi-talent artist who is not afraid to embark on new experiments in animation, illustration, film and sculpture if it turns out to strengthen the narrative, and therefore VAF Artist Talk with Tor Fruergaard is a guarantee of inspiration for everyone, who loves animation and comics.
