Curious ethnographer with a passion for practice
My research is focused on project management, where I investigate how the actions of project members can produce and reproduce mechanisms within a project. Actions are identified and the produced mechanisms are studied. The new knowledge about the mechanisms is linked to the producing actions. Project managers will then be able to recognize specific actions which act as signs that the associated mechanisms are produced and reproduced. Project members are encouraged to reflect on the potential impact of their own and others' actions in the mechanisms in the project when they observe these signs.
I also teach project management as well as management more generally.
