Project management - people, tools, and a ticking deadline

The project is defined by an upcoming deadline – and the upcoming deadline defines human behavior in projects. I research and teach construction management, focusing on the project as a temporary context. I am interested in how a project is planned, driven to success, and evaluated based on a focus on the people involved in the project. People cannot be digitized, but our understanding of people's impact can be made understandable by using digital tools and models. I therefore consider project management to be working with people, tools, and a ticking deadline.
