Position and affiliation:
My PhD was anchored with the Musculoskeletal Health and Implementation group at the Department of Health Science and Techonology at Aalborg University and at the Center for General Practice at Aalborg University.
I am employed as a fulltime assistent lecturer at the Department of Physiotherapy at University College of Northern Denmark (UCN) in Aalborg, Denmark. I am also a institutional recognized expert in esports and health at UCN.
Field of research:
My main interest is research concerning musculoskeletal pain during youth and adolescence. In my PhD I investigate which factors are associated with low back pain among adolescents who consult their general practitioner.
Addtional research interests:
I am passionate about health in esport especially the prevalence of musculoskeletal pain and injuries. I am also interested in the potential effect of phyiscal activty on health and performance in esports.
