Specialeopgave i Human papilloma virus (verifikation af to nye promotere i HPV-16) og Ph.D afhandling om disse promotoreres aktivitet i relation til det inficerede vævs differentieringsgrad.
Derefter ca 10 års arbejde med metabolise i relation til type 2 diabetes, fedme, træning mm
