Jesper Dahlgaard studies bio-phyco-social interventions including contemplative practises with mindfulness and compassion training, and how these approaches can prevent stress, anxiety and depression, affect our body, cells and gene expression, and promote mental health among welfare professionals, students of the welfare professions, patients, as well as children and adolescents in kindergarden and schools. He is head of program for Mind and Body in Mental Health at the Research Center for Health and Welfare Technology.

Jesper has special knowledge of:
