My main topics at UCL are 'capacity building' in education through consultancy, lecturing and publications.
Throughout the years, the amount of project management and - leadership has gained in prominence, manly focused on international cooperation and co-developments of learning ressources and toolkits for managers and practicioners alike.
Currently serving as project lead for the Erasmus+ KA121 accreditation.
My research is focussed on sociological theory, communication and media studies with an emphasis on management and organizational aspects, as well as conflict and escalation studies.
I'm interrested in the effects of digitalization of society, human interaction and conflicting identities.
Work areas
Specialist consultant for international cooperation and project designer / manager on diverse projects ranging from special needs, inclusion, vulnerable children and adolescents, talent development, international cooperation, digital transformation and management research.
