Experienced Nurse with a PhD degree in Public Health and Epidemiology. Primary research interest in the field of social inequality, cardiac rehabilitation and mixed methods. PhD project (2015-2018) explored "Mechanisms of social inequality in cardiac rehabilitation attendance among patients with acute coronary syndrome using a Mixed Methods design." 
Has experience in the area of Public Health, Social Medicine, Clinical Research, Social inequality, cardiac rehabilitation, Adolescent alcohol drinking. Skilled in both qualitative, quantitative and Mixed Methods research.

Currently employed as an assistant professor at University College Copenhagen. Teaches courses in Social inequality, Urbanization, Qualitative methods, Quantitative methods and Public Health.
