Presentation
Marie is a docent and associate professor at the Center for Management and Organization at Absalon University College. Marie's research interests lie at the intersection of learning, innovation and organizational research and she is committed to understanding learning and social innovation in working life and practice, especially across public organisations. Marie has been employed as a researcher and teacher at DPU, Aarhus University, Copenhagen Business School CBS and the Royal Academy's Design School, where she has, among other things, taught at bachelor's and master's level in educational science and in innovation management at master's level (LAICS - Leadership and Innovation in Complex Systems). At Absalon, Marie has been employed as an assistant professor and associate professor associated with the Diploma in Management. Marie's educational background is in the field of design, and she often works with inspiration in design thinking when planning education, development projects or research collaborations with practice partners. Her research is published in national and international journals, i.a. Journal of Education and Work, Int. J. Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management and Tidsskrift for Arbejdsliv, just as she has contributed to a number of anthologies in Danish and English.
