Merete Storgaard is focussing on the new trends in educational leadership, policy and governance related to modern educational and neoliberal governance phenomenons. In cooperation with the Danish School of Education (DPU), Aarhus University she has conducted a PhD research project resulting in the published monography "Sensemaking and Power in School Leadership: Constructions of Governance in High Achieving Schools in an Internaitonal Comparative perspective" (2019). Furthermore, the work is presented in to related publications (Storgaard 2018,2019).
