Presentation
Midwife and Epidemiologist in reproduction and public health, now in charge of establishing a research unit at the Copenhagen Midwifery Programme. Most of my time is spent on facilitating my colleagues in their work with qualifying ideas into research protocols and funding applications on e.g. interventions/medications in pregnancy and childbirth, patient safety, dystocia-guidelines, intergenerational attachment patterns, and midwives' presence/intimacy at child birth.
Publications (by Dec 2015) : 26 peer-reviewed, original papers.
Funding (by Dec 2015): Individual research grants of appr. 6,8 mio DKK from private foundations, The Danish Graduate School in Public Health, The Danish National Board of Health, The Danish Council for Independent Research a.o.
