Ronja is an assistant professor at Via University College at the research centre for Built Environment, Energy, Water and Climate in Horsens, Denmark.
In 2020 she graduated from Aarhus University as a geologist with focus on climate and hydrogeology with a thesis concerning climate reconstruction and stable isotopes.
In 2020 she startet in an internship at the research centre, where she, under the auspices of Coast to Coast Climate Challenge, investigated the influence of the sea level on the shallow groundwater in coastal regions. In continuation of this, she started in a temporary position which in 2022 became permanent from where she now works with projects mainly concerning IoT data, shallow groundwater and forecast models.
