As a trained social worker with an intercultural and international focus, I have worked both in Denmark and internationally with people in vulnerable positions. My master's degree in educational philosophy has strengthened my interest in ethics, communication, and human relationships.

My international experiences include working with homeless people in Canada and in a slum area in Manila. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of the complex challenges faced by people in vulnerable positions and have enhanced my ability to work in cross-cultural contexts, which has also strengthened my work in Denmark, where I have primarily worked in the employment sector.

As a certified yoga teacher, I integrate yoga into my teaching. I am focused on how professionals can take care of themselves and collectively work to expand and influence the frameworks of social work in workplaces. This benefits both the people the work is directed towards and those who perform it.

Philosophical dialogue is another tool I use to create spaces for conversations that are appreciative, open, and present, where people across power positions, affiliations, status, and more can meet as equals.

I am currently participating in the international project URGE, which focuses on urban vulnerability and advocacy in social work. Additionally, I serve as a coordinator for international internships, where I strive to create meaningful and educational experiences for students.
