Most recently, in her PhD project IFEBO (Interventions focusing on nutrition and physical activity for overweight older nursing home residents), she conducted a 12-month cluster-randomized controlled trial in six public nursing homes.
In addition, Tenna is engaged in multiple partnership projects aimed at developing sustainable and future-oriented food and meal solutions, with a particular focus on nutrient composition, protein quality, and digestibility.
Tenna possesses extensive experience with project funding, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
