Research and development areas

PhD educated at the University of Southern Denmark and UCL. Development of a questionnaire to identify needs among relatives of people with dementia. I have skills within clinemetric method and qualitative hermeneutic method using individual interviews and focus groups.

 

Continued research within the field of dementia about early efforts to support people with dementia and their relatives.

Presentation

Lecturer at the Physiotherapist education since August 2011. Ph.D. educated in 2020, where the focus of research is rehabilitation and needs assessment for relatives of people with dementia. Has a great interest in cross-professionalism, collaboration and co-creation between professionals, lecturers, students, patients, citizens, relatives and other actors in the primary healthcare system.

Lecturer in Theory and method in 1st and 6th semester of the Physiotherapist education.

Supervisor on Bachelor projects at the Physiotherapist education.

Lecturer at the Department of Competence Development in UCL, health professional diploma educations. Has lectured rehabilitation, interprofessionalism and evaluation. Guidance of graduation projects.
