We aim to help bridge the gaps between the outputs of education, training institutions and the needs of animation, games and VFX industries. Our focus is on fueling creativity, empowering talent and shaping tomorrow for students and professionals.

PANEURAMA addresses mismatches between the output of educational institutions and the needs of the animation, computer games, and VFX industries, particularly in the areas of technological development, work environment and soft skills, as well as innovation and entrepreneurship.

By connecting relevant education and industry partners, PANEURAMA will establish a baseline for market needs, identify areas where teaching and training are discordant, and use this knowledge to prepare students and graduates for the emerging needs of their prospective careers. In doing so, the project aims to build resilience into the European animation, gaming, and media arts sectors.

Layman's description

The project "PANEURAMA" work towards creating work-packages for educators and students within creative media arts sectors. Through collaborate work between universities, studios in the industry sector, and supporting organizations, we aim to create a better foundation for students entering the animation, computer games, VFX industries and more within the media arts sectors, particularly in the areas of technology, work environment, soft skills, innovation and entreperneurship.

Key findings

Throughout the years, the project will be conducting research, masterclasses, innovation labs, recommendations and guidelines focusing on the animation/VFX/games/media industries. The end goal is to help building a more resillient European animation,games and media arts sector.
