Project Details
Description
The project’s aim is to create a learner-centred and multi-targeted Validation of Prior Learning (VPL) approach at HE-levels. By focusing on the guidance, individual assessment practices and methods in the VPL process for under-represented groups and non-traditional learners in HE (such as immigrants, persons aged 50 +, ethnic minorities, disabled persons), the project aims to find ways how these learners could be offered lifelong learning opportunities in higher education. Thus, ALLinHE links the methods of VPL to a practical strategy for the social inclusion of the target groups. Furthermore, the project aims to train HE-professionals to work with an innovative VPL-approach.
