Description

In recent years, Kernehuset has worked strategically to bring children's perspectives into educational work. Through interviews, the staff have discovered the children's observations and reflections of their own everyday lives. There have been listened to and acted on the children's statements and wishes. There has been a focus on how nature activites, unmarried, aesthetic activities and social relationships affect the children's everyday lives

Layman's description

In this project, focus is placed on the curiosity of the staff as the driving force of a series of action learning courses with the aim of generating new knowledge through a series of learning courses. The didactic model of the project is based on a combination of the action learning investigative approach and Agyri's organizational learning model.
