Developing Career counselling services in integrated spaces

Main objective:
Develop the offer and quality of counselling services in career guidance in integrated spaces

Specific objectives:
Conduct the up-skilling of the profession of career counselling in integrated spaces and support practitioners and counsellors while having an apprenticeship in Cités des métiers and similar spaces  ;
Strengthen the coordination of decompartmentalised partnership in the implementation of the reception, information and career counselling offer.
Operational objectives :
Experiment and formalise the initial training programme to career practitioners and counsellors newly arrived in Cités des métiers and similar spaces;
Train trainer practitioners and counsellors to the profession of career counselling in integrated spaces ;
Strengthen techniques and methods in the profession of career counselling that enables to better take into consideration issues of specific public (e.g. people with disabilities, illiteracy, NEETS, migrants,etc.);
Strengthen soft skills including intercultural and “intercomprehension” skills of career practitioners and counsellors working in integrated spaces;
Promote to partners recognition of skills acquired;
Identify good practices and documentation in the animation and coordination of poles for reception, information and counselling in integrated spaces.
