Description

The overall aim is to develop, evaluate, and implement an intervention in physio clinics and in GP clinics to support the uptake of evidence-based treatment of cancer-survivors in primary health care. The intervention is developed, evaluated, and implemented in collaboration with patients and clinicians.

The project concerns treating sequela after cancer and seeks to develop an intervention to supports the uptake of evidence-based treatment in primary health care. Prevention and treatment of sequela is important for the patients’ everyday life.
