Development of Intercultural Competences among Foreign and Danish Students

Project Details


The project aims at improving the involved Danish and international students’
intercultural competence. Intercultural competence is the desire for and ability to
act and communicate constructively when meeting people from other cultures.
In continuous relationships this can only be obtained by gaining knowledge
about the other culture/cultures, as well as through the ability to explore the
other culture one self, cultural self-insight, strong communication skills, conflict
management skills and empathy.
