Description
Learn@Work examines various organizational learning pathways in the workplace, including learning in communities of practice, and explores how they can be supported with ICT-based materials. The project focuses in particular on the development and testing of materials that prepare users for participation in workplace learning by training them to learn alone and / or with others in the workplace.
In addition to AAU, the project has partners in five European countries (ATiT Belgium, Dublin Institute of Technology Ireland, Glasgow Caledonian University Scotland, The Institute for Future Studies Austria).
