Project Details
Description
Mentalization is a method for a qualified and professional relationship with the children and themselves as a professional professional. The method has already gained a degree in school education. Today's offer is challenged by the fact that children are not always so formulative. For the same reason, mentalization is not recommended for working with children under 5 to 6 years. However, as mentalization ties to the ICDP and is based on neuropathy, mentalization can easily be operationalized as a method of working with children's development and their learning processes if the staff encounter a particular sensitivity in reading and interpreting children and, not least, themselves. To this end, a framework is developed that guides the staff through a process from situation to qualified action.
Layman's description
In recent years, Kernehuset has worked strategically to bring children's perspectives into educational work. Through interviews, the staff have discovered the children's observations and reflections of their own everyday lives. There have been listened to and acted on the children's statements and wishes. In addition, some of the staff have followed a course of action training. Through this, they have worked on a number of specific projects, as well as gaining a competence in the action learning method as a pedagogical tool. At the same time, the work is on the new educational curricula and knocks on. This is also a good opportunity for a revision of the value base. This paves the way for the Kernehuset to work with a new didactic foundation, which both reflects the 21st century's competencies and at the same time offers a potential for burning the Kernehuset as a unique and innovative institution
