An action learning project focusing on identifying and developing cross-cutting activities (nature, creative, motorics) with a wider and more inclusive approach.
Layman's description
The project's focus was to investigate, test and design how the new outdoor and creative learning environments in the play field, in the institution and locally contribute to inclusive education focusing on social empowerment. An important element of the strategic effort is through interviews of the children of the institution.
The project was designed and implemented by me. In the project management, a steering committee (managers, parents board and selected staff) and all employees participated.
The project consisted of:

Key findings
