The project aims to improve adult welfare professionals’ learning and professional development by mapping existing knowledge of two Nordic models of collective learning and development as a systematic first step for future development of adult educators’ work with welfare professional’s learning.

The project collects, compares, and analyses knowledge of two Nordic approaches to collective/collaborative learning and professional development:
1) a participatory work development method called the Change Laboratory (CL)
2) the Nordic tradition of collaborative learning in Learning Circles (LC).
