Description

This project is funded through BUPL's research fund. The project aims to examine how a norm critical perspective can strengthen and develop youth workers' attentiveness to gender and diversity in relation to their work with the youths' all-around personal development, growth, and identity formation. In collaboration with the youth workers, the leadership, and youths in three youth clubs, we will examine experiences with gender norms and how these norms can be challenged and rethought in fruitful ways.
