Komparativ undersøgelse af forholdet mellem den sundhedsbaserede og den socialbaserede indsats i forhold til børn og unge med særlige behov, med henblik på at udvikle en uddannelsesindsats der kan leveres differentieret og der har som formål at forbedre forudsætningerne for en sammenhængende indsats.
