Technology match to improve the health and quality of life of people experiencing pain - educating the future healthcare professionals in nursing, physiotherapy, and midwifery

Description

Due to missing technological skills in healthcare TECH2MATCH will educate future healthcare professionals to match and use the right technology for people with pain (PwP) to improve health and quality of life. TECH2MATCH will ensure HEIs strengthen the digital skills and competencies for min 60-80 students & 16-20 lecturers.
Tech2Match develops a 5 ECTS blended learning course for healthcare students.
To develop the TECH2MATCH course desk research, reports on needed skills and identified gaps will be conducted. 4 frameworks will be developed based on 4 focus groups with national stakeholders. The frameworks will inform the blended learning approach, the real-life scenarios, the training of lecturers and the xMOOC course. A pilot will be conducted, and 4 WPs summary reports will be carried out. Finally, interviews, surveys and events will be used to evaluate TECH2MATCH.
