Hvert andet år laver TEKO en analyse af mode- og livsstilsbranchens udfordringer og krav til deres kommende medarbejdere . Baggrunden herfor er, at vi vil sikre, at vi hele tiden har fingeren på pulsen, når det gælder udvikling af fremtidige uddannelsesspecialer. Vi har besøgt 32 virksomheder og interviewet dem om fremadrettet strategier inden for markeds- og produktudvikling samt organisation og kompetencebehov.
