Abstract

This paper reports on findings of a study conducted in collaboration with the National Institute of Social Research (SFI) and the University of Aarhus, Department of Education. The objective of the study and the focus of this article was to develop a tool for systematic evaluation and development of the quality of teaching in special schools. The article describes the research-process which led to the construction of the tool as well as the way teachers can use the tool to improve the quality of their teaching.
