Abstract
Det pædagogiske personale må udøve dømmekraft, når der skal skabes balance mellem produktionskrav og deltagerforudsætninger i meningsfulde arbejdsfælleskaber. Det viser forskningsprojektet Omvendtslev, hvor vi har undersøgt, hvad der er meningsfuldt i beskæftigelsen for personer med intellektuelle udviklingshandicaps i socialøkonomiske virksomheder.
