Abstract

Today’s HE context urges a shift from the view, which regards theory taught on campus separately from real-life scenarios experienced in tourism, hospitality and sport management businesses by students and graduates. Building on the knowledge triangle, this idea pitch aims at presenting an instructional initiative to co-create a coherent decision-support toolbox together with the students and industry professionals. It is believed that equipping students with the theoretical tools relevant to the industry in a structured and visual way may result in a more powerful learning and efficient managerial decision-making.
