Genstart: Da skolens organisation blev uploadet til cyberspace

In this article, Lars Clausen and Christel Aulkær Moll from UCL Erhvervsakademi og Professionshøjskole take you on a tour of the school's educational journey to the cloud and back again. The article examines what happens to school when teaching and learning are transformed from physical encounters to pure digital contacts, and takes a critical approach to schools' strategic attention to the restart of post-pandemic reality. We focus on how the school is confronted with the emergence of new variants of well-known narratives about survival, sustainability, resilience and not least the will for development and transformation. The many narratives are rooted in concrete organizational mindsets that shape the world and contemporary understanding that the school exists in. The article concludes with an action-oriented perspective and points out how schools' dominant narrative can support the school's leadership - or hinder and slow down the school's transformation in the post-pandemic reality.
