Abstract

Background theory referring to social, emotional, relational and intercultural competencies were presented and used in arguing about the EU-ERASMUS project HAND in HAND project implementing a whole school approach for supporting these competencies among students and school staff. Furthermore, research from the context of the project was discussed including research looking into the implementation in 3 countries.
