Abstract
The XXI-EU-TEACH policy recommendations explore how teacher education can better respond to societal changes such as digital transformation and climate change. The report promotes a co-education model where pre-service and in-service teachers collaborate as equal partners in teaching and learning. It highlights the importance of innovation, collaboration and lifelong learning through four key areas: technology, sustainability, entrepreneurship and playful learning. The recommendations call for stronger partnerships, better structural support and formal recognition of collaborative practices in teacher education systems.
