Abstract
I dette kapitel redegøres indledningsvist for begrebet "social ulighed", og en række ulighedsdata udfoldes. Herefter præsenteres tre ulighedshypoteser, hvor social kapitalhypotesen fremhæves som en cental hypotese i relation til dagtilbuddets mulighed for at bidrage til reduktion af social ulighed i sundhed.
