Abstract

This report concerns the investigation of students at VIA and their digital learning environment. The investigation is a comparative studie that compares the digital learning environment at VIA to the digital learning environment of university students. The report concludes that the two learning environments are comparable and described as media ecology with many digital tools, of which LMS takes on an important role. LMS takes on a smaller role in the students studying practices. The investigation behind the report was conducted in the fall of 2019 and was originally a part of the programme ' digital didactical design' conducted by the Centre for Learning and IT. Due to organizational changes in VIA, this report is part of the programme 'Learning and IT' at the Research Center for Pedagogy and Development
